On behalf of the Miss Apopka Scholarship Pageant Committee, we wish to welcome Miss Mackenna Freeman to the sisterhood. Miss Freeman was crowned your Miss Apopka 2025 on Saturday, April 12, and will represent our beautiful community at the Miss Florida pageant in June.

Miss Freeman’s first order of business is directing the 1st Annual Autism Awareness Walk in her hometown of Lake City, Florida. Though it may be a drive from Apopka, if you are in the area, she welcomes you to stop by, say hello, and learn more about what you can do to raise awareness for ASD.

The role of our titleholder transcends municipal boundaries and we are looking forward to working with Miss Freeman as she serves as an ambassador of our great City and champions her social causes throughout her year of service.

To Reilly Cardella, your Miss Apopka 2024, words cannot express our gratitude to you for your dedication to the crown and to your cause, Love for Ladybug. You are beautiful, inside and out, and we look forward to all that you will accomplish in the coming years.

Vanessa is getting her second chance to SHINE as a Little Sister at Miss America! ⭐️👑

Back in June, I asked Vanessa to be my Little Sunshine at Miss Florida, but cancer complications sent her to New York for treatment just days before the competition.

Last week, my best friend gave Vanessa a second chance, asking her to be her Little Sister at Miss America, and my heart couldn’t handle it! 🥹✨

Ali and Vanessa made matching “Big Sister” and “Little Sister” bracelets at , and Vanessa is beyond excited for what’s to come.

Stay tuned for the cutest tea party moments this January! 🫶🏻

Loaded up the Toyota Prius and dropped off 4 bins full of brand new toys to support children and families affected by Hurricanes Milton and Helene. ❤️‍🩹

All the toys were collected from community toy drives, and I’m so grateful for everyone who came together to help make this happen! Big thanks to In Prep Academy for organizing this hurricane relief effort and for allowing me to contribute. 💛

I hope this inspires you to continue your advocacy efforts to help those affected by these natural disasters. 🫶🏻✨

I’m beyond honored to have returned as a performer for the 12th Annual ‘Music for Melons Fall Fundraiser!’ 🩷🎶✨

A special shout-out to my incredible friend Angelyn (first photo), a 14-year breast cancer survivor, who leads her team, ‘Music for Melons,’ raising thousands each year for The American Cancer Society - Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

The most inspiring part of the night was hearing the powerful stories from Angelyn and other survivors. Their journeys of strength and perseverance remind us that cancer touches not just one person but an entire community. Early detection is imperative. Be your own advocate.

Just for fun, here’s a snippet of my song from tonight- “Nothing You Can Take From Me” from The Hunger Games: Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes 🐍🕊️
