For those that are new to this page we would like to repost a few reminders. Before we do that please remember, we have a great group of volunteer staff on the FLESS. We may from time to time ask you your address and if you live in the community. Please do not take offense, we are merely trying to assure that our residents can enjoy the pool area without worries that people outside of our community may show up to cause damage or interruptions to your event. As of right now we are working to get a standard procedure to request permission/ registration for events like birthdays or family gatherings. please communicate with the property manager or the board to give us the heads up for now, so we can assure we have continuity across our volunteers teams and our residents. We continue to interact with residents that are staying at the pool past Dusk. The Pool area closes at DUSK and opens at DAWN. this includes the parking lot. Again the security team may remind you of the hours if you are there beyond those times. Thank you in advance for helping us keep the community safe and beautiful.

While your Mom may live here, she doesn't work here so please help everyone and clean up after yourself.

Please assure if you park on the road you park with the flow of traffic. If an ambulance cannot pass between your car and another you have just delayed a possible life saving emergency.

Residents are responsible for their guest. Please assure all guest follow all HOA rules.

If you see something suspicious.
Call 911 if life threatening. Document via audio or photo. And help your local law enforcement keep our community safe.

Amazing Meeting!! Thank you to all who participated... We have to keep this momentum. Welcome and BIG thank you to the FLESS new additions. We have a strong group of volunteers and I am proud to say that the committee represents the community from corner to corner. Feel free to message us here with pictures and or video if you see an issue. remember See Something Say Something, but Call 911 if the situation is dangerous.
