Travel News (Sunday, May 31st)

⚽️💙U9 Team Koch: Coach Koch, Rethage, Schwarz and Sieczkowski U9 girls won 3-2 over Norwin today! Two goals from Tessa Koch and a corner kick goal from Emery Rupert and Kendall Dankmeyer. Olivia Sieczkowski had a great game in goal including stopping a penalty kick in the second half. All the girls played a great game! ⚽️💙

💙U9 Co-ed ~•Coach Myers~•Coach Moore, Masdea, THEY did it!! Hard work pays off!! They beat PT Home 6-4. It was a nail biter. Isabella had four goals and two by C**t. Some of the goals were assisted by Haden. Haden and Matthew had some great saves. There was great passing and teamwork all around. The coaches are so proud!! ⚽️💙

💙 U10~•Coach Kosecki, Masdea, Swisshelm, Riggle beat Norwin 4-2. It was a great game to watch and it kept the audience on their toes. Raffie had 2 goals, Kyler 1 and Brock 1.
Great teamwork and determination.💙

💙U11 Boys ~•Coach Fitzgerald,~•Coach Hodges,~•Coach McArdle,~• Coach Myers had a tough battle Away against Rockwood 6-4 Loss. Rockwood came back for revenge after losing to us earlier in the season. It was a long drive and hot sweaty day but the boys kept the game competitive. Brooks and C**t
scored the goals. Leon made some killer saves💙

💙U12 Girls ~•Coach Freeman,~•Coach Grimm
KASL u12 girls didn’t get the result they wanted after the PT game but they sure had fun celebrating the end of the season together. Good Job girls this year working together and learning from each other.💙

Some teams finished up last weekend! Good Luck to the teams for this weekend! 🥅

Travel News (Sunday, May 17th)

⚽️💙U9 Team Koch: Coach Koch, Rethage, Schwarz and Sieczkowski
The girls played a tough game against the Plum Tornados losing 4-2. Olivia Sieczkowski started the game in goal and scored in the second half on an amazing corner kick from Malia Rethage. Malia followed that with a goal from a penalty kick outside of the 18. Gemma Schwarz had a strong second half in goal. Another honorable mention goes to Mya Hanlon for great hustle playing outside midfield! ⚽️💙

💙U9 Co-ed ~•Coach Myers~•Coach Moore, Masdea, played a tough game against Penn Hills Comets. It wasn’t about the score but it was about how this team worked hard together. Being a new team and first time on travel, they are learning to work together as a team. Haden didn’t have quite the success first half in goal but came out on the field scoring a goal. C**t had the other goal. The score ended up in a loss but having fun is what matters! ⚽️💙

💙 KASL Krew U9 Boys ~•Coach Walker ~•Coach Lundberg~•Coach Sharek
U9 boys won over Norwin 6-4. KASL had 5 different goal scorers and showed good team effort all around.

💙 U10~•Coach Kosecki, Masdea, Swisshelm, Riggle boys made progress from last season from last time playing Penn hills (last season lost 6-3 and this season lost 4-2) Brock scored both goals and was def a valuable player. Kyler assisted with one of those goals💙

💙U12 Girls ~•Coach Freeman,~•Coach Grimm
KASL u12 girls had a 5-2 win against loyalhanna - all 10 girls played their hearts out ! Lyla , Rowan ,and Meisha all had goals…one assisted by Ella. Lilly and Kam kicked butt on defense and Emilia had her best game ever in goal !💙
