So proud of our partners at Pursuing Wellness for being awarded the 2026 American Express Shop Small Grant through Main Street America and American Express.

Pursuing Wellness provides a tremendous amount of in-kind support to VOICES and the survivors and families we serve. This new trauma-informed yoga and breathwork space will become another meaningful resource for our program participants as they continue their healing journeys.

We are grateful for partnerships that truly invest back into the community and create spaces where healing can happen in every form. Congratulations to the PW team on this well-deserved recognition.

We are incredibly excited and honored to announce that Pursuing Wellness has been awarded the 2026 American Express Shop Small Grant through Main Street America and American Express.

This grant will allow us to begin creating a dedicated trauma-informed yoga and breathwork space within our office to further support holistic healing for the individuals and families we serve.

From the beginning, Pursuing Wellness was built with the belief that healing involves the mind, body, and soul. This new space will help us expand our wellness offerings while continuing to provide community-centered support through workshops, wellness programming, and partnerships serving trauma survivors, veterans, and families throughout our community.

As a small, family-owned business, we are deeply grateful for this opportunity and for every person who has supported us along the way. Thank you for believing in our mission and allowing us to continue growing in ways that positively impact the community we love serving.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

At Pursuing Wellness, we believe mental health isn’t something you “fix”, it’s something you care for, intentionally and consistently.

True wellness happens when we look at the full picture; your mind, your body, your relationships, your rhythms, and your purpose. Small, aligned choices across each area can create real, lasting change.

This month is a reminder to check in with yourself, slow down where needed, and give attention to what’s been neglected.
