BBM takes food safety seriously because many of the friends that we serve are members of vulnerable groups that are disproportionately impacted by poor food safety.

There probably isn’t another ministry in the Triangle with more ServSafe Food Protection Manager certified staff.

1. Hot lunch food preparation in the kitchen with Chef Jo at St. Andrew from 8:00am - 12:00pm.
