For street-connected youth, school holidays are not always a break.
They can be a test of structure, discipline, and how time is used.
Every Tuesday and Thursday, our students gather at the Center in groups. Some wash clothes and shoes. Some care for the kitchen garden. Some clean shared spaces and bedding.
They also participate in group counseling, computer and digital learning, music, and football.
Every hour is intentional.
Because when time is left empty, risk can fill the gap.
Last month, our football team won their match 1โ0.
That is what discipline looks like when it is built day by day โ in routines, responsibility, guidance, learning, creativity, and on the field.
