This week, HopeLine had the opportunity to join Turner Construction
during Safety Week to talk about something that doesn’t get discussed nearly enough in the construction industry: mental health.
Construction workers face su***de rates nearly 4 times higher than the general population. Behind every hard hat is a person carrying stress, pressure, exhaustion, grief, and life outside of work.
We commend Turner Construction for creating space for these conversations and recognizing that safety is more than physical protection — it also means protecting emotional and mental well-being.
