Did you know??? 👀

Our Girls Only group at TWA is led by Paige Nemec and it’s time we give her flowers for everything she’s doing for girls wrestling in NC 🌸🤼‍♀️🔥

Paige was one of the first female wrestlers in Ohio to qualify for the boys state tournament and became the first Ohio girl to surpass 100 career wins. She went on to compete collegiately and now also coaches the women’s program at Apex High School continuing to help grow the sport locally. A true trailblazer for women’s wrestling!

She brings high level experience, positivity, patience, and passion to every practice and genuinely cares about helping young athletes grow in confidence both on and off the mat. We’re extremely lucky to have her helping lead the next generation 💪

📣 Johnni DiJulius is back at TWA June 6-7 for our Youth Camp!

The star always brings great energy to the room and does an awesome job keeping training fun while still pushing kids to improve. Great opportunity for wrestlers looking to get quality instruction and a lot of mat time this summer 💪

Hayden was an NC State great and now coaches for . He shared high level technique and also talked with our athletes about dreaming big, building a strong culture, and carrying yourself the right way in both academics and athletics.
