Young Miss (Conversionz 4 Girlz) " Young Miss"- Conversionz for girls- EMPOWERING THROUGH INFORMATION, OPPORTUNITY AND RECIPROCATION

Mission Statement- YM(C4G) mission is to empower girls to become “healthy” solid young ladies by providing them the necessary information and opportunities needed to ensure a successful future. Our goal is to teach them how to have a perspective of “no limitations” that allows them to embrace, celebrate and manifest their own personal style resulting in forming young ladies of purpose and destiny

. EMPOWERING THROUGH INFORMATION, OPPORTUNITY AND RECIPROCATION
INFORMATION- a lack of knowledge causes people to perish. With a clear vision, a written goal, and a sincere perspective a goal is easily obtained. Since any goal is reached only through a written plan, YM (C4G) teaches girls how to “dream” w/a plan and a deadline to reach those dreams. OPPORTUNITY- by providing proper exposure and new opportunities to all that life has to offer, great decisions are made, and careful consideration is taken and potential is uncovered and reached causing young ladies to have a focus and an aim in life. RECIPROCATION-to give back is essential and to be an example to those who are coming behind you is enriching. It is our duty to make sure the next generation is equipped and given an edge that the former generation did not have. In reproducing Young Miss’ in girls to come, we will do just that. YM (C4G) provides the proper knowledge necessary for young girls to grow successfully into young productive women. The right information and proper use of that knowledge will produce an individual ……………..

Yesterday we had the honor of taking part in Glamour's "The Power of an Educated Girl", a panel lead by Charlize Theron, Michelle Obama and more on the importance of education for women. There are in the world who do not get the chance to go to school. We're trying to change that in partnership with Glamour with The Girl Project. Every girl is born with it, we all deserve the chance to make it happen.

“Beauty Boot Camp” is a program designed to assist young ladies with the transition of childhood to adolescence. Participants are given tools to help build self-confidence, formulate goals, and hone life skills essential to their success. All young ladies will engage in activities and discussions that highlight topics such as self-esteem, social etiquette, age-appropriate makeup application, as well as hygiene dos and don’ts.
