On Tuesday September 23rd, the mayor and town council of the Town of Apex presented a proclamation making Friday, September 26th Prisoner of War/Misssing in Action Day of Honor 2025. It was presented to several members of Post 124 of the American Legion. Receiving the award from Mayor Jacques Gilbert was Post Commander Lee Harris.
