Today, the Apache Junction Police FOP Lodge #83 joins our law enforcement family in honoring Officer Gabriel Facio, whose name has been added to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C.

This is more than a name carved in stone. It is a permanent reminder of Officer Facio’s service, sacrifice, and the impact he had on his family, his department, his community, and all who knew him.

We will never forget his dedication, his courage, and his commitment to protecting others. His legacy will continue to live on through those who served beside him and those who continue to carry the badge.

Rest easy, Officer Gabriel Facio. We will always honor you, remember you, and carry your legacy forward.

During Police Week, we want to sincerely thank our Apache Junction Police Officers Association FOP Lodge 83 members who are traveling to Washington, D.C. to honor our fallen officers.

Your willingness to make that trip and stand in remembrance reflects the true meaning of service, sacrifice, and brotherhood. As you represent our department and our community, you also carry with you the memory of those we have lost and the promise that they will never be forgotten.

We are especially proud to honor Officer Russell L. Duncan #19 and Officer Gabriel M. Facio #409, and all officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

Thank you for taking part in this important tribute and for ensuring their legacy lives on.

Today, we honor and celebrate all mothers for the love, strength, sacrifice, and dedication they show every single day. Thank you for the countless ways you support your families and our community.

We especially want to recognize the mothers who serve, the mothers who support those who serve, and the mothers who continue to make a difference through their compassion, resilience, and unwavering love.

This weekend, members of Apache Junction FOP Lodge 83 were honored to stand alongside our brothers and sisters from Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 32 at the BBQ fundraiser held in support of the families of fallen Arizona Troopers Sk***ey and Bennett.

In a time marked by tragedy, the strength of our law enforcement family continues to show. Lodge 83 was proud to make a donation and provide volunteers during this difficult time. The mourning is shared across our lodges, and so is the commitment to stand together when it matters most.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to the families, friends, and fellow troopers of Sk***ey and Bennett. Their service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

When one of us falls, we all feel it — and we all stand together. 💙
