"Withdraw weekly. How did you do with your anger this week? Remember our anger is trying to be a bodyguard for something happening beneath the surface within our heart.
This Sunday morning let’s process what those things are & examine where our heart is as we confess it to God. Then admit it to your sponsor for accountability.
We are all works in progress in learning how to be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry with God’s help.
