Hello Vendor's,

Summer Shopping Bazaar event is an outside event.

We ask that all vendor's promote the Summer Shopping Bazaar Event.

in order for you logo to be on the Summer Shopping Bazaar Flyer you must pay your Vendor's Fees before May 30, 2015. We'll have 2500 Flyers printed and passed out throughout Contra Costa County.

This is an outside event all vendor's will have to provide their own Canopy, table and Chairs, the space for each vendor is 10" x 10" the vendor fees is $40.00.

All vendor can place samplers in our Swag Bags .

All vendor Logo will be place on our Web-site, Facebook and Instagram.

All vendor will receive an email with the event agenda attached two weeks before the event.

There will be a telephone conference for all vendor's to ask questions, once you have paid your booth fees you'll receive an email with all the detail of the event.
