Calling Cane Ridge High School & Antioch High School students: help shape spaces where teens belong — and get paid for your ideas.

The Mill Ridge Youth Design Team is recruiting High School students in to research their community, create park designs, and recommend teen programs and spaces at Mill Ridge Park. Interns meet Mondays after school at Cane Ridge High School and earn a starting pay of $12/hour.

This is a chance for young people to directly influence the kinds of third spaces where teens can gather, connect, create, and feel at home in their community. Applications are due October 16.

Please share with a student who should have a seat at the table.

🍐🍫 Come hungry to Pear Jam this Saturday!

Join us Saturday, Sept. 26, from 3:00–7:00 PM at Mill Ridge Park and enjoy some of the flavors of Pear Jam from chocolate-dipped pear pops and culinary demonstrations by Nashville State Community College chefs to a great lineup of local food and drink vendors.

You’ll find Las Mascaras Taqueria, Burnt Endz, Krazee Dogs & More, Kona Ice, L&M Home Bakery, and East Nashville Brew Works serving up something for just about every craving.

💦 Splash Bash was a soaking good time at Mill Ridge Park! ☀️

From water sprays and inflatable fun to plenty of splashing, laughing, and cooling off together, the park was full of summer joy. Thanks to all the families and friends who came ready to get wet, make friends, and make some great end-of-summer memories with us!
