This is the guide I spent 4 mo researching and writing this guide to help battered women and their dogs escape safely. There is no other guide like this to include dogs. The last few years it has been recognized that our dogs are part of the abuse they suffer just as much some even develop PTSD. Women would stay because they didn't want to leave their dogs. Now they don't have to. All 50 states allow our dogs to go on protection orders. Several shelters are dog friendly now. My guide has all the info for everything needed before during and after leaving. Way to make money way to get a ffree phone and service since most abusers have put trackers on your phone. You also need to take car to police station and have it checked for trackers. They can be arrested for stalking instantly. The best is al app that you download and if abuser shows up after protection orders filed and served you push a button on phone it starts recording the abuser and calls the cops without survivor ever having yo be on the phone so the abuser will be caught by surprise. It's amazing. There's so much amazing anduch needed info In the guide it will save thousands of lives I guarantee it. I wish I had this 26 yrs ago when I moved across the country to escape my abuser who was a cop and had all his blue line buddies harassing me

Did you know that all 50 states allow your dog to be put on protection order and there are several DV shelters that now allow our dogs to be with us. They're finally recognizing that our dogs our family they're abused just as severely as we are sometimes killed by abuser. Our dogs suffer just asucgnfeom the abuse they can develop PTSD they can become terrified of men overprotective of their owners. Terrified of loud noises they need help too. My nonprofit focuses on the effects DV has on our dogs something noone has talked about our dogs are the forgotten victims in all of this
