Over the weekend we had the privilege of hosting our 5th Annual Girls Day Out. We had a blast spoiling 62 tween and teenage girls with shopping of clothes, shoes, accessories, makeup, etc. and pampering them with nail painting, hair braiding, and crafts!
Thank you to every single donor and volunteer that helped make this event possible. We are beyond grateful for the outpouring of support we received!

We need some help setting up for an event this weekend. This would be a great volunteer opportunity for teens or young adults that need service hours! Any help is appreciated though even if you don’t need service hours!

The event is our 5th Annual Girls Day Out. We need some help on the evening of Friday, August 7 though to begin setup for the event. We've moved into a new space in a church, and we are in the basement of the church. The event will take place in the gymnasium of the church on the next floor up. We have a bunch of boxes and clothing racks (nothing is overly heavy!) that we will need help moving for this event, and it'll be going up one set of steps.

This would be such a tremendous help so that way our volunteers on Saturday, August 8 can just come in and get right to work on hanging up all the clothes and organizing items for the event.

Let us know if you'd be interested in helping out with this volunteer opportunity. We have snacks and sodas, and we could even order some pizzas for everyone. We are planning to do this from 5:30-8:30.
The location is by the airport close to where Murfreesboro and Donelson Pikes come together.

We are so thankful to everyone that has helped contribute clothes and other items for our 5th Annual Girls Day Out coming up next week. We are still needing some more girls youth 7-14 sizes (we do not need any more women’s sizes).
We can take these items gently used at our Antioch/LaVergne drop off location OR we have added some items to our wish list that can be purchased, and they will be shipped directly to us.
