Nashville Foster Love Closet is a foster closet that provides clothes, toys, books, and other items to foster families in Nashville and surrounding areas. Please refer to our wishlist to see the types of items we can take. Contact us for exact address for donation drop offs or to schedule a time to shop if you are a foster family. We can arrange pickup of donations as well sometimes!

Little extras can help make a big difference when welcoming a new child into the home. Yesterday we had the opportunity to put together a toiletry care bag for a teen girl moving into a new home. We stocked the bag with some girly toiletries, feminine products, a makeup bag, and a new, cute plush! It’s nothing extravagant, but we are so grateful for donors that give little extras to help the children we serve feel dignity and love in some of their most vulnerable moments.

We need volunteers to come help us sort clothes tomorrow, Saturday, May 30 from 1-5. We recently received a very large donation from a local business that hosted a drive, so we could use some help organizing it all!
Children are welcome to come play in our toy room or help. Snacks, water, and soda are provided. If you cannot commit to the whole time, part of the time works too!

The goal of NFLC is to provide necessities such as clothing, toiletries, furniture, etc. to the families we serve, but we also love that we get to share extras with our families too!
Recently this outdoor water table was donated to us (brand new!), and we were able to pass it along to a family with some foster loves that have been enjoying it!
We are so appreciative of donors that help us give extras such as this, stuffed animals, coloring books, toys and more! It helps make such a difference in providing normalcy for these sweet kiddos.

We have an immediate need for a bunk bed or triple bunk bed for a family that just took in a sibling set of three in order for the siblings to stay together and not be split up. Mattresses would be needed as well.
