Hello Residents! The time has come! If you are interested in a Vinyl (PVC) Privacy Fence around your patio, Unlimited Fences, Inc. will be on the property and will begin installation October 19-23, 2020. Please see the attached flyer. To sign up please visit https://forms.gle/4aao39v7o1NkBgmS9
Complete the form in its entirety, afterwards, you will receive a link from Unlimited Fences, Inc. to submit your payment online. All fences are $935.00 per unit, however, there will be a 3% convenience fee charged to your online payment, per Unlimited Fences, Inc. This fee cannot be waived and it is the ONLY method of payment that will be accepted.

To provide time for parts and materials to arrive, all payments are due September 24, 2020. After September 24, 2020, no payments will be accepted, no exceptions.

Fences will be installed based on the measurements on our plat map, which cannot be altered. As a result, fences will be installed far enough back where there will be grass inside of the fences upon completion. This information will be posted on TownSq, our page and flyers will be posted by the mailboxes. Hello Autumn Ridge Residents! If you are interested in pressure washing you MUST visit the link and complete the survey in its entirety to be place on the list. By not doing so, you will still be held responsible to have your unit (sidings, front porches and back patios) free of residue by May 31, 2020.
