The goal of the Adopt a Provider program is to provide a simple way for communities to help support their child care providers to help keep costs down for families. Often, it’s as basic as donating necessities, like paper products. Here’s how it works:

🧡 Choose a need from the list at Childcaring.org/AdoptProvider
💚 Connect with the provider.
💙 Contribute to their success.

👉 Know all listed needs are from local child care providers that are either licensed, certified, or exempt/monitored.

Questions or want to contribute in ways not on the list? Don’t hesitate to reach out. Call Childcaring at 715-841-9490, email [email protected], or send this page a DM.

🌲Morning breaks over a quiet lake, and someone casts a line. On a nearby trail, boots crunch gravel while a cyclist picks up speed. An ATV hums through the woods. Campfires flicker as coffee steams in the cool air.

🌳Every day, across every corner of Wisconsin, people are finding ways to get outside. Multiply those moments by millions of trips across lakes, forests, trails and parks, and the economic impact is enormous.

🌲Wisconsin’s outdoor recreation industry had a record-breaking year in 2024, contributing $12 billion to the state’s GDP and surpassing the previous record set in 2023 by 3.8%. Outdoor recreation supported 100,139 jobs accounting for 3.2% of all jobs in Wisconsin.

🌳These historic numbers reinforce the importance of the outdoors and the outdoor industry to the Wisconsin economy and Wisconsinites.
