We are moving into the final phase of this church building. Next week we will finish the roof, and the walls and have windows and doors installed and this church that we plan a three years ago we have a building to call their own. We are forever grateful for the opportunity to build spaces for his believers to come together and worship.

And just like that, this sweet young woman has completed her MAPS term with us, finishing her first year as a 6th-grade teacher at our local bilingual school.

Some people offer the firstfruits of their finances, but Bella offered the firstfruits of her gifts—her heart, her talents, and her calling—as an offering to the Lord.

We are always blessed to witness what God does through those who simply say “yes.” While it is never easy to say goodbye to those whose journey does not include a lifetime call to Honduras, we are incredibly grateful to have been one page in the story God is writing in their lives.

Thank you, Bella, for serving faithfully, loving well, and investing in the next generation. We are cheering you on as God continues to lead your steps and write the next chapter of your story. ❤️

Last night we got to honor Bella as she wraps up her year of teaching. This brave woman taught 6th grade in English, answering a call to the children here. If you know anyone who might be interested in giving a year to teach abroad, please help connect them to us.

Carlos is a Garífuna pastor faithfully serving in a small village along the river—so remote that the only way to reach it is by boat. His church is one of the only places of worship in the area, where people gather under a simple thatch roof, lifting their voices in worship.

We’re honored to come alongside him and this community as they build a new open-air church. What started as supplies purchased months ago is finally taking shape now that the rainy season has passed.

There’s something powerful about watching faith rise—brick by brick, prayer by prayer.

No filter needed on this beautiful morning today n Brus Laguna. Kelly and the team are traveling further in through the mangroves and rivers today. Pray for clear skies and safe travel

This week Kelly is traveling with a presbyter into a remote area of Honduras- only accessible by 4x4 and then boat. These areas are not accessible during rainy season, and now that the sun has started shining more we are able to check on projects and begin new projects in this difficult to access area. Please be praying for him and the team he is traveling with minister to local villages and explore future projects.

At the heart of our five impact centers is the local church—faithful volunteers who show up week after week to serve through our feeding programs. Sustainability grows stronger when we partner with local leaders, empowering them to reach and care for those already within their sphere of influence.
