The Anthem Parkside Homeowners’ Association is located in Anthem, AZ approximately five miles north of Carefree Highway off Interstate 17. Anthem Parkside Homeowners’ Association houses the community’s schools, as well as its library, Community Center, swimming pool and Big Splash Water Park, Community Park, Liberty Bell Park & Splash Pad, and outstanding bike trails and walking paths. 🌳 Reminder: Neighborhood Park Rules 🌳

Our neighborhood parks are a wonderful place to relax, play, and enjoy time with family and friends. To help keep these spaces safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, please remember:

🐾 Pets must be on a leash, and owners must clean up after them.
🚲 Bikes, scooters, skateboards, and other wheeled devices should remain on paved pathways only.
🚭 Smoking, to***co products, alcohol, and glass containers are prohibited.
🗑️ Please dispose of trash properly and help keep our parks clean.
🔥 Open flames, portable grills, fireworks, and other explosive devices are not permitted.
🌅 Park hours vary by location—please observe posted hours and avoid entering parks when closed.

Iron View fence painting is scheduled to begin soon in several Parkside neighborhoods. If your home backs up to an Iron View fence, be sure to check the schedule to see when painting is planned in your area.

📅 Upcoming Painting Dates:
• Landings – June 15
• Splendor – June 24
• Meadow – July 1
• Pavilion – July 7
• Treasure – July 14

What to Expect:
✔ Painters will paint the inside and outside of your view fence on the common area side(s) only.
✔ Painters will paint the outside of block walls on the common area side(s) only.
✔ Residents will receive a notice from Premier Painting 7–10 days before work begins in their neighborhood.
✔ Homeowners and tenants must remove all plants, rabbit/snake fencing, and any other items attached to the fence prior to the scheduled paint day. A minimum 6-inch clearance is required on the homeowner's side of the fence.
✔ Landscapers will trim bushes, plants, and trees outside common walls and view fences as needed.

Please note: A $60 callback fee may be assessed for skipped wall or fence painting due to items not being removed.

Common places scorpions may hide include:
• Decorative rock landscaping
• Irrigation valve boxes
• Dense ground cover or overgrown plants
• Firewood stacks
• Gaps in block walls
• Outdoor storage areas or cluttered sheds
• Under patio furniture, pots, mats, and other items left undisturbed

Helpful prevention tips:
✔ Keep landscaping trimmed and clear away debris
✔ Inspect irrigation boxes and repair leaks
✔ Store firewood off the ground and away from walls
✔ Organize sheds and storage spaces to reduce clutter
✔ Move patio items occasionally and check underneath before handling

A little prevention can go a long way in reducing unwanted summer visitors around your home.

Arizona heat is here, and monsoon season has not yet arrived — which means your plants and trees are thirsty! 💦🌱

Now through mid-July, landscapes typically need the most irrigation support due to dry conditions and low humidity. Be sure to adjust watering schedules as needed, especially for trees that are actively leafing out and using extra energy.
