The SacNav-Sacramento Navigators office opened in May with a 'Ribbon Cutting,' from the North Sacramento Chamber of Commerce and special guests who helped celebrate the day! Thank you to all who attended, and thanks to 'Love I am' photography & video.

Homelessness is one of the most complex challenges facing our communities today.

Some stories deserve to be heard because they remind us that change is possible.

In a recent video, Jesse Yniguez opened up about his past struggles with homelessness, drugs, and alcohol and the road it took to rebuild his life. Today, Jesse is not only standing strong in recovery, but serving as a leader within Sacramento Navigators and inspiring others through honesty, accountability, and hope.

His journey is proof that your past does not define your future. Sacramento Navigators believes in second chances, community support, and walking alongside those working toward a better path. And truthfully, SacNav wouldn’t be what it is today without Jesse’s heart, dedication, and willingness to keep showing up for others.
