Hey Crew, The first VOA meeting of 2012 is tomorrow night (Wednesday the 18th) from 7-9pm at the GEC office located at 251 Commerce Cir, Sacramento.

We will be discussing items such as:
* Positions, roles and responsibilities on the committee and VOA
* Upcoming VOA Officers' election
* Council Venturing events and outings 2012

Crew Presidents are encouraged to attend and all Venturers are welcomed.

August was a busy month for Crew 911: New Officer Seminar completed... ILSC Training completed... Two car washes completed... Taught a LNT class... Helped recruitment of a new Crew in Natomas area... Overdrive Camp reservations have been made for 7 youth and 4 adults... New Crew activity shirts ordered... 10 potential new members have signed up to attend an informational meeting... AND, the Crew has started planning for the October Eternal Flame weekend and the Emergency UN-Preparedness booth.

Hey Crew, Sunday at the Crew mtg is the deadline for you to commit to attending the AWESOME Overdrive camp (Sept 9-11th). Reservations will be made Sunday night or Monday morning.
