Going The Extra Mile We provide information on agencies/organizations who assist families who have lost their belongings to house fires in the Valley. We are not a charity.

Going The Extra Mile is a community based organization, NOT a non-profit organization, run by Missy Lundeen, an Ansonia, CT resident, in coordination with the generosity of the public, that assists families who have lost belongings due to house fires in the Lower Naugatuck Valley. We are currently working towards obtaining our 501(c)3. Until we obtain this, we cannot accept any donations at this time. We will update you as our progress continues.
