Unfortunately due to the Extreme Heat, tonight's Meditative Coloring is Cancelled. See you at the next one on Oct 4t.
As for today & tomorrow here are a few ways to help you stay cool;
1. Eat all the ice cream in the freezer-you don't want it to melt, lol
2. Then take beach chairs to freezer section & watch favorite shows
3. Enjoy the company of other friends &/ family that come to chill with you
4. When cool enough tonight, go swimming to finish cooling off.
5. Also, try taking an ice bath & see which family member can melt it the fastest (Pro tip-add warm water to person in tub, so you can get your turn faster).
Seriously-stay cool & drink plenty
