Barnabas Home Inc. is now accepting applications for Child Care Workers to join our team serving youth in a residential setting. We are excited to offer 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with multiple shift options, plus weekend opportunities!

Position Details:
• 💼 Position: Child Care Worker
• ⏰ Shifts: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
• 📅 Weekend Option: Saturday & Sunday shifts available
• 💰 Starting Salary: $34,000 per year
• 🏠 Work Environment: Residential youth care

Responsibilities Include:
• Providing supervision and support to youth
• Creating a safe, structured, and positive environment
• Assisting with daily routines and activities
• Serving as a positive role model and mentor
• Following agency policies and state regulations

Qualifications:

We are now seeking individuals for a rewarding position as a Child Care Worker. Work closely with at-risk teenage boys to have a positive influence on their lives. Tasks include providing supervision for our residents, transportation to and from visits to resident's homes, distributing medication, providing recreational tasks, and being a positive influence in the lives of our residents.
