I need everyone paying Dec rent by the end of the day Fri the 20th please. Any rent owed after dec 20th will result in your late fee.

When you are 2 or 3 months late on a car payment, they come reposess your car. When you are 2 months late with your power bill, they cut your power off. Same with water bill and most other bills. When you are 3 or 4 months late with rent, YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO REALIZE THE NEXT EVICTION NOTICE YOU RECEIVE WILL NOT BE ONE YOU CAN BACK OUT OF. Your rent, a house payment, or land payments or anywhere that you live(even if it's paid for you have property tax) you have to pay to live there or you can't live there anymore. I WILL NOT TOLERATE TENATES BEING OVER 2 MONTHS LATE ANYMORE. IF YOU OWE A WHOLE MONTHS RENT AND THE SECOND MONTH OF RENT UNPAID IS OVER DUE, AND YOU HAVENT PAID ANYTHING IN THAT SECOND MONTH AT ALL, YOU WILL BE EVICTED.
I am tired of tenates thinking because you know me I will give abundance in leniency, what you don't know is that I also have a boss and bills and responsibilities.

Bentleys mobile home park only has R.V. lots available at this time. Our mobile homes waiting list is also full. We dont expect to have anything available for over a year away at this point. Thank you.

Everyone be aware that these Temps in the 40s will reveal busted water lines. Anything at the shut off valve tobyoir mobile home is your place to have it fixed. Anything from the shut off valve of your water to the outside and UNDER the ground is on us. We do not replace outside hose pipes for a garden hose. We prefer noone even have a garden hose and thats on you to install or fix if you want a garden hose but main lines going from the shut on/off valve to your trailer is your responsibility. Please note that we can't allow gushing water to run free either. Your water will be turned off untill you can fix it.
