"People will forget what you said, People will forget what you did, But People will never forget how you made them feel."
-Maya Angelou

Women With a Purpose is a certified 501 (c) (3) that was created to service girls and women of the local community. Since its inception in 2013 it has placed its roots and become a widely contributing member in its hometown and

headquarters, Anniston AL. The organization founder, Crystal Vinson started this change adventure by answering one simple question. Specifically, our girls. Crystal believes that it is her responsibility to create an environment of love and hope that will give the advantage to the disadvantaged girls of her community. Encouraging them to discover and live out their purpose. Women With a Purpose aims to bettering the lives of our youth by being a solid, reliable support system. Making sure that our girls are not a another stereotypical statistic in this world—that they have purpose. The organization’s original programs and events all begin with engaging the local community first; those that are impacted or have the power to impact the most.

I’ve had a few moms already join and here’s what they all had in common:

✔️ Tired of holding everything in
✔️ Mentally drained by the end of the day
✔️ Needed a space that felt safe—not judged

So I created exactly that.

🗓 Early week evenings

Join us for our upcoming WWAP Sister Circle quarterly learning session, where we'll empower each other to prioritize mental wellness.

Many women are praised for being “strong,” dependable, and high-achieving—while silently battling anxiety, overthinking, burnout, and emotional exhaustion behind the scenes. In this engaging and relatable workshop, participants will explore the different ways anxiety presents in women, including both high-functioning and more visible struggles with anxiety.

Through real-life examples, reflection, and practical coping strategies, attendees will learn how anxiety can influence decision-making, relationships, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-worth. This workshop will help women recognize unhealthy patterns, understand the impact of chronic stress and overthinking, and begin developing healthier ways to cope, set boundaries, and care for themselves without guilt.

Participants will leave feeling seen, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to support their mental and emotional wellness

Topic: "When Strong Women Struggle: The Hidden Faces of Anxiety & Overwhelm"
