The Association of Junior Leagues International is an organization of women whose mission is to advance women's leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. Our History:

Founded in 1984 (Service Guild)
Became an official Junior League as a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International in 1992

We’re part of an international network

of 298 Leagues comprised of over 150,000 women, in Canada, Mexico, the U.K. This provides us with a unique and powerful depth of knowledge and resourcefulness to bring about the changes we strive to accomplish.

Last week was a busy one in the League Life of Junior League of Anniston-Calhoun! We began with our annual May Dinner where we take time to reflect back on the year, and give a shout out to a few members who have gone above and beyond. We finished up the week in Indianapolis where we came together with other Junior Leagues from around the world to celebrate the 125th year of Junior League.

This season has been one of learning and renewal, and we are excited to see where the future leads JLAC in the next 125 years!
