What an incredible day at The Right Place!

We were honored to watch our community come together in such a powerful way. The Anniston Police Department showed up in support of one of their new employees as he moved from the shelter into a place of his own. What an amazing moment and reminder that second chances and fresh starts are possible.

And the blessings didn’t stop there! ERA King Real Estate generously donated 2,000 pounds of sugar to our drop-in center to help us continue serving the individuals who walk through our doors each day.

We are so grateful for the outpouring of support and sugar from our community. Days like today remind us that when people come together, lives truly change. Thank you to everyone who continues to support The Right Place and the work happening here every day. 💙

One donation, a hundred smiles at The Right Place.

We are so grateful to Rev. Delaney and the Oxford First United Methodist Church for their generous donation of coffee, sugar, and creamer for our clients at the SAFE Place Drop-In Center.

These simple comforts mean so much — a hot cup of coffee can offer warmth, dignity, and a moment of connection for those we help. Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and continued support of our community.

Merry Christmas!

Smiles, laughter, and plenty of Christmas cheer filled The SAFE Place Drop-In Center during our 4th Annual Cookies with Santa celebration!

Participants enjoyed festive treats, visited with Santa, and shared what they hope for this Christmas — because we’re never too old to dream or to believe in the magic of Santa Claus.

Thank you to all who helped make this festive day so special. Your kindness truly made spirits bright! One cookie, one smile, and one bit of magic at a time.
