Yesterday The Soup Bowl asked us if we would like to come down and feed our friends from the street lunch. Of course we said yes!! We made cheeseburger quiche, salad, baked beans, bread and banana bread. Even our little guy went and helped hand out water. Everyone did an awesome job and we really enjoyed seeing our friends again. Thanks Michelle for inviting us down. Thanks also to my family members and friends that helped. We made and served food for 78 people.

Yesterday Memes Heart was able to share some of our donated eggs with another organization that helps feed our friends from the streets. We took some eggs to our Buddies at His Hands and Feet Ministry of Calhoun County!!! They do an awesome job in the community!!

At 12:30 am we are up making 8 loaves of banana bread for dessert to take to the soup bowl later. It was a family affair. My daughter, son in law and grandson smushed the bananas for the bread. I mixed it all together now the first batch is in the oven. I love doing this!!!

I’m late doing this post. I would like to thank all the businesses and people who have donated to Memes Heart in the last few weeks. We have been blessed. Thank you guys so much. Without your donations we couldn’t do what we do. It was an honor last Friday to feed at the soup bowl. We prepared 80 servings and passed them out!!! We have been asked to come to the soup bowl tomorrow and prepare the food and feed 100 people. This warms my heart so much!! I thank God every day for calling our organization to do this!!!.

Today has been an awesome day. Had a great time with my hubby today. For the last three days Memes Heart has gotten donations. God has truly pored out blessings on us . Thank you to all that make it possible for us to keep on feeding Gods people, we couldn’t do it without you.

Passing the food to people that need it is how we get it out sometimes. If we can’t take it some of our buddies of Memes Heart does. On of Memes Heart buddies knows several families that needed some food. We gave them enough food that had been donated to us to go feed 3 families (20) people. Thanks Brandon!!!

I have always heard that when one blesses others God will bless them. Today when Memes Heart helped the little 93 yr old lady we were getting thin on some groceries. We still put together a box of food for her. This afternoon I got a call from a gentleman asking me if we could use food. An organization had fed at an event and had lots of food left over. I told them they were a God send for us. Once we loaded up we had 10 foil pans of food!!! God provided as he always does. Thank you to the organization that donated. God is Awesome!!!
