New Life Equine A 501(c)(3) Equine Sanctuary & Rescue devoted to giving these precious horses a new lease on life. A little information about us: My name is Robert Quinn.

We here at New Life Equine Sanctuary and Rescue believe in giving these horses a new lease on life. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit determined to give these horses the best life possible. We rescue these horses usually from kill pens or auctions that would destine them to be slaughtered. My wife, Heather, and I run and operate this rescue. We are located in the Anniston Alabama area where we live on the same property our rescue is located. We have two children, Kaiden and Bryson, and currently work in the Nursing and Law Enforcement Field. We love horses and have plenty of experience owning, rescuing and taking care of these animals. Our goal is to rescue as many of these horses as possible. We would love to be able to rescue, rehabilitate and eventually adopt these horses out to good homes. All donations go toward rescuing these horses, feeding them, transportation and veterinary expenses. The more we raise the more we can save. All donations, no matter how big or small help us to continue our goal and are very appreciated. If you would like to donate;

🐴 TACK ROOM CLEAN-OUT🐴

Our rescue tack room is overflowing, so we’re cleaning it out—and turning unused tack and horse goodies into much-needed hay for our rescue horses! 💚

We’ll have saddles, bridles, blankets, pads, halters, grooming supplies, and more available for purchase. Every dollar raised goes directly toward keeping our rescued horses fed, healthy, and happy. Items I’ll be listed in the comments with the price.

🌾 Help us fill the hay barn!
🧹 Clean out the tack room
🐴 Give good items a new home
💚 Support horses who need us

You can pick up items at the barn, meet locally or will ship at buyers expense

Can’t shop but still want to help? Donations toward our hay fund are always appreciated! 🌾🐴

Last night Midnight had an unexpected visit with the vet. Shortly after supper, he started choking and was unable to clear the blockage on his own. Thankfully our vet was able to remove the blockage with no complications. There is a very slight chance that he could develop pneumonia due to possible aspiration, but the vet said his lungs were clear upon arrival and the risk is very slim. He was given an antibiotic shot as a precautionary and we are keeping check on his for any respiratory distress. We are very blessed and thankful for our veterinary team that took such good care of him!

when that midday nap is just too good! due to Midnight’s neurological condition, he now lives in yard which allows him free access to the aisle way. you will catch him all throughout the day standing under the fans to get out of the heat and to take a snooze or two.

You can’t beat a good scratch! Sampson has to have his nightly scratches before he will leave the barn after supper.
