We are incredibly grateful to local artist and craftsman Wooden Brave for creating and donating the beautiful new sign for our Community Blessing Box! ❤️

The talent behind Wooden Brave is an Annawan High School alumna, award-winning athlete, and rising junior at Monmouth College where she continues to shine as a star volleyball player, Kaylee Celus. Her craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail far exceed her years — and her heart for giving back to the community makes her work even more special.

From custom signs and home décor to unique handmade pieces, she can create just about anything your heart desires. If you are looking for custom décor, gifts, or woodworking projects, we highly encourage you to reach out and support this talented young entrepreneur!

Thank you again, Kaylee + Wooden Brave, for helping make our Blessing Box even more welcoming for the community. ♥️

We are fortunate to receive weekly donations from a couple of local grocery stores and we gladly pass the items on to our clients. We also inspect every item donated by the public and area businesses and these are the guidelines we follow, knowing food is still nutritious and tasty after the date printed on it has passed.
