100 Women Who Care Annapolis

100 Women Who Care Annapolis We are a group of local women who support Annapolis area non-profits by pooling our donations to create a larger impact. Powerful. Meaningful.

100 Women Who Care Annapolis is a group of local women who want to support Annapolis area non-profits by pooling donations to create a larger impact, a giving circle. We meet twice per year and each donate $100 to a local non-profit selected by vote at the meeting. Simple.

100 women x $100 donation = $10,000 for the chosen non-profit. All non-profits must use the contributed funds within the Annapolis area.

Have you ever heard of 100 Women Who Care Annapolis? Are you looking to branch out and help others?

We have a local Annapolis chapter that has been active for several years. We have given over $120,000 to LOCAL Annapolis charities! Our fall meeting is coming up on February 5, 2026 at 6:45pm at Cafe Mezzanotte in Severna Park. Would you like to help people who are doing great things in our community? Are you a local charity that could use $10,000?

Please consider joining us for this event. You can RSVP here at this link: https://www.facebook.com/share/181qtg6kfG/

If you are interested, we ask that you go to our website www.100womenwhocareannapolis.org and read about how our group operates. It's a simple concept - 100 women x $100 = $10,000. These dollars go directly to the chosen charity immediately (no middle man). You must be a member to nominate a charity and that information can be found on our website.
Come check us out! We're growing and doing great things. Don't miss out! $10,000 can be life changing for a charity!

For those who were not able to be at our meeting on Thursday, we did get an update from our last winner (Feb 2025) about how our funds were used.

Jessa Coulter, the Executive Director at Annapolis Immigration Justice Network gave us the following summary of the use of 100WWC's funds. They are doing such great work.

Your donations went directly to three cases, helping immigrants in our community have access to legal representation. The first case was for a family of five who live in Annapolis. The second supported a single mom and her 12-year-old daughter from South America. Both of these families came to the U.S. seeking protection from persecution. And they now have excellent attorneys representing them and helping them navigate the complex and lengthy immigration process.

The third case was one of the most impactful we have had:
An unaccompanied minor was connected to AIJN after he received a deportation order when he didn’t attend his court hearing. He had missed his hearing because he has been undergoing treatment for metastatic cancer. AIJN provided funding for an immigration attorney who filed an emergency motion to reopen the case and worked with the client’s pediatric oncologists to obtain a letter to the court detailing the medical history and ongoing treatment. Because of these efforts and a quick turnaround time, his deportation order was rescinded and the case was reopened.

It is really impossible to overstate the impact of 100 Women Who Care and the difference you have made for this young man and for these families. Thank you so much.

We know the need is only continuing to grow and I want to share two things you can do to support our immigrant neighbors:
If you know anyone in need of legal representation, or even an initial consultation, please let them know about us and send them our way. We take community referrals too, so please don’t hesitate to reach out.

If you want to learn more about our work or get more deeply involved in our work, as a volunteer, please reach out: [email protected].
