Pip Moyer Recreation Center at Truxtun Park City of Annapolis Recreation and Parks Department, "Pip" Moyer Recreation Center at Truxtun Park Fees apply for membership, programs and daily drop-in passes.

The "Pip" Moyer Recreation Center at Truxtun Park (PMRC) is operated under the direction of the City of Annapolis (not Anne Arundel County) Recreation and Parks Department. The facility is open to City of Annapolis residents and non-residents alike. PMRC offers a wide variety of recreational and leisure time activities at an affordable cost for the entire family. (Visitors are welcome in the facil

ity, but in order to use the fitness equipment, gym or participate in a group exercise class, guests must purchase a drop-in pass.) Children age 14 and under must be supervised by an adult (parent, guardian, instructor or coach) at all times while at PMRC. Scholarships are available for City of Annapolis residents that may be facing financial hardship; scholarship funds can be used towards programs and/or PMRC memberships.

Have you registered your little star for the next session of Rhythm & Hip Hop, which begins tomorrow (3/26)?
Children ages 5-12 develop their own personal style over 8 weeks while learning jazz and hip hop dance moves. The class culminates in a group performance for family and friends, allowing the performers a fun moment in the spotlight.
Classes take place on Wednesdays from 4-5pm at "Pip" Moyer Recreation Center (273 Hilltop Lane, Annapolis).

It's time to Save Our Trees @ Truxtun Park before the heat, ticks and leaves come out! Make plans to come out this Saturday, March 29th between 9:45am-12 noon to ensure the trees in our community are healthy and vibrant.

Meet at the parking lot near the Truxtun Skate Park (past the entrance to the swimming pool) at 300 Truxtun Park Rd. off of Primrose Rd., which is the parking lot for the boat ramp.

"Pip" Moyer now has S.T.E.A.M. on the weekend!
Annapolis Recreation and Parks Department has expanded its free S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) programs to Sundays from 1-3pm at "Pip" Moyer Recreation Center.
Children ages 10-14 will dive into exciting hands-on challenges, unlocking the magic of coding, rocket design, and beyond! Through teamwork, creativity, and plenty of fun, they’ll explore new concepts, solve problems, and bring their bold ideas to life alongside fellow adventurers.

Think of the new Preschool Sports sessions at "Pip" Moyer Recreation Center as a test drive for your child. Designed for kids ages 2-5, this is a great way to introduce children to a variety of sports to see which ones they may want to focus on in the future.
