Thousands of miles. Hundreds of thousands raised. One mission that brought so many people together.

Dewey Beach — you gave Team Laura a finish we’ll never forget. 🦈🚴💙
​
And while the ride may be over, the fight against ALS is not.
​

Day One brought the miles, the laughs, the views, plenty of Team Laura spirit… and started today with one last flat tire for good measure! 😂🛞

Every pedal stroke brings us closer to the finish — and keeps the fight against ALS moving forward.

🚴‍♂️ FIVE DAYS. FIVE FALLS. ONE VERY IMPORTANT LESSON. 😂
​
When Rex started Coast 2 Coast 4 ALS, there was one piece of equipment giving him a little more trouble than expected: his bike shoes.
​
For the first FIVE DAYS of the ride, he fell over every single day. 🤦‍♂️
​
Then he made one simple change… and everything changed.
​
What was it? You’ll have to hear it from Rex. 👆😂
​
Thousands of miles later, he can laugh about it. We’re just glad he figured it out!
​
