Class of ‘27 swim commitment number THREE!
Huge congratulations to Paige Addleman for offering her verbal commitment to continue life as a student-athlete at College of Holy Cross in the Fall of 2027!

Paige is amidst an absolute BLAZE of a junior year season. During winter championships, Paige earned silver and bronze medals in the 50 and 100 Backstroke at MD Senior Championships, only to tee up her double victory- grabbing GOLD in both the 50 and 100 Back events one month later at Eastern Zone Sectionals!

A massive triple threat across the Fly, Back, and Freestyle events, Paige will be a huge asset to the roster at Holy Cross! We can’t wait to see what Paige does competing in the division 1 Patriot League Conference, and everything between now and then!

We’re proud to share that our own Coach Stephen has been selected as an Assistant Coach for the 2026 USA Swimming Zone Select Camp!

Coach Stephen will be part of the Eastern/Southern Zone camp, held June 11–14 at UMBC, where top athletes from across the country come together for elite training, education, and inspiration. Congratulations, Coach Stephen—we’re lucky to have you representing Annapolis Swim Club on the national stage!

We held our second end of season team event yesterday- our Age Grouper Bowling Party! Tons of fun watching our ASCers holding court in a different type of lane than usual 😉.

The swim season may be winding down but we’re at no loss of fun and exciting events. Bring on the summer!

Open water season is rolling and ASC showed UP at the Lake Montclair Open Water Swimming Festival! Beautiful skies, beach vibes, and just enough chill in the water to keep things interesting.

Podium highlights:
Julian Rager – 1st Men's overall (5K)
Jared Moran – 2nd Men’s 15–18 (5K)
Madelyn Canaday – 1st Women's overall (2.5K)
Lynzey Zeldis – 1st Women’s 15–18 (2.5K)
Lily Emery – 2nd place, Girls 11–12 (1.5K)
Kendall Finlayson – 3rd place, Girls 11–12 (1.5K)
Oliver Bark – 3rd place, Boys 9–10 (750m)
Isabella Dorsey – 3rd place, Girls 11–12 (750m)

Special shoutout to Julian Rager and Jared Moran for taking on the Double Dog Dare (6.5K)—a challenge where swimmers complete both the 5K and 1.5K races to earn a unique finisher medal.

Nothing better than a beach day with a finish line!

On Wednesday night, we held our annual event honoring our 22 graduating seniors from the club this year! It was a beautiful evening sharing a meal, naming their accomplishments, and hearing speeches from seniors on how special their time at Annapolis Swim Club has been.

An away meet on Mother’s Day! Our swimmers had our moms covered with a poster hung up on the back wall and flower deliveries to the bleachers during warm ups. Thank you, swim moms!
