Today we’re celebrating the person who somehow keeps the chaos organized, the houses moving, the problems getting solved, and the rest of us mostly on track. 😂

Being an Operations Director is basically:

📱 47 phone calls
📋 19 things happening at once
🚨 3 “emergencies” that aren’t actually emergencies
☕ An unreasonable amount of coffee
😂 And somehow still showing up every day ready to handle it all.

But beyond the title, we’re grateful for the heart, dedication, patience, and countless hours you pour into Serenity Sistas and the women we serve. ❤️

Happy Birthday! We hope today you get to sit down, relax, and NOT have anybody ask you to “just do one quick thing.” 😂🎂

The funniest thing about recovery housing?

You come in thinking…

“I’m just here to get my life together.”

Then somehow…

You have 14 new sisters.

Inside jokes nobody else understands.

A group chat that should probably be investigated.

People who know exactly when you’re having a bad day.

And people who will celebrate your wins like they’re their own. ❤️

You know you live in a recovery house when… 😂

🚿 You’ve learned someone else’s entire shower schedule.

☕ You know exactly who is NOT allowed to make the coffee.

🧺 There’s always somebody’s laundry in the washer.

📱 The group chat has 87 unread messages… and somehow none of them are important.

🍕 Someone says “Who wants food?” and suddenly EVERYBODY is hungry.

😂 You can hear one person laughing from the other side of the house and immediately know who it is.

❤️ And somehow these people went from strangers to family.
