We spend a lot of time talking about things to do in the Annapolis Arts District.
From Church Circle to the Wiley H. Bates Legacy Center, the Arts District is full of galleries, artists, museums, theatres, restaurants, music venues, and creative spaces.
Here’s one way to explore it:
• I am making room for wonder.
Step into an exhibition at . Visit the . Wander through and spend time with some artwork.
• I believe inspiration is worth leaving the house for.
Catch a show at . Listen to live music at . Spend the weekend at . Some things are just better experienced in person.
• I will say yes to things I haven’t tried before.
Check out a new gallery. Attend an artist talk. Explore a creative event you’ve never been to before. Check out .resin.room.diy.
• I believe good things happen when I leave room for surprise.
Grab a coffee , wander Maryland Avenue, browse a local shop, explore a gallery, and give yourself permission to spend a few hours without rushing to the next thing.
• I am making things, not just consuming them.
Bring a sketchbook downtown. Spend an afternoon drawing in a café. Join a class, workshop, or creative gathering. Make something simply because you felt inspired to.
• I know creativity grows better in community.
That’s why we love what’s coming up: and and all the events that bring people together through creativity, culture, and connection.
is a place to be inspired, try new things, and make connections.
