Giving Tuesday is next week! Please consider a donation to ACF in honor of its 20th year serving our city as a foundation for start-up causes and organizations. Green Drinks, Back Creek Conservancy and Grow Annapolis are just three of the 100 nonprofits that grew up under ACF. Every year families receive turkeys and grocery certificates from ACF to provide holiday celebrations to those in need. This year we supported city families, not covered by insurance, who were damaged by a tornado. Our contributions support the small causes or ideas that may go unnoticed but are essential to humanity. We create a community. Please send your check to ACF, PO Box 5736, Annapolis MD 21403 or through PayPal on our website. Thank you! 💙

On , the Annapolis Community Foundation asks for your support. We are a local nonprofit providing a platform for new groups or causes without its own nonprofit status. This has been particularly important during the pandemic. Since 2002, we are have served over 60 start-up groups that have gone on to become community fixtures as Green Drinks, Back Creek Conservancy, and Creating Communities. Today 16 groups are affiliated with ACF including Friends of Stanton Center, Neat Streets, and Year of the Woman. (See our website for full list)

During this year we have contributed over $12,000 to causes such as Masks to AAMC for employees when early on they were in short supply, Food Banks, Holiday Meals, Public Safety workers and more.

Checks should be made out to ACF/Annapolis Cares and mailed to ACF, PO Box 5736, Annapolis MD 21403. Or if you prefer PalPay on our website.

Give to keep on giving to keep community charity alive.

Thank you,
Ellen Moyer, Chair

The Annapolis Community Foundation is a fiscal sponsor of the West Annapolis Pop Up pantry. This pantry serves the needs of food insecure residents who aren't eligible for other types of assistance. Take a look at the WBAL segment on the recent donation of poultry from Perdue.

Two moms on a mission to help feed families in need during the coronavirus pandemic are getting a big donation from Perdue Farms.
