Good Morning Everyone,

Registration is now open, and will be until Saturday (March 28th) at 11:45pm EST. Similar to past years the website only gives you 60 minutes to complete your order, so we recommend having a google doc prepared with all of the required information---the bulk of which will be your scouts' names, and their top 6 merit badge preferences (refer to the poster below for the options, except for sailing). We know this is a quick turnaround---we want to be able to release final assignments by Monday, so that your scouts have 2 weeks to complete prerequisites before the Jamboree. URGENT UPDATE ON ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Due to increased security standards on the yard every individual age 17 and older must fill out a SECNAV 5512 form---which was just emailed to all accepted troops. Please email the filled out forms to us by Saturday, March 28th. If you cannot find the email please check your spam.

Thank you for your flexibility and understanding; merit badge sign ups will be releasing in the next few days, so please be on the lookout for that as well.

Good Afternoon Everyone,

There are a lot of updates so please read carefully:

1. All acceptance emails have now been sent. Please check your spam box if you have not received it. For questions, check out our FAQs on our website, https://sites.google.com/view/usna-jamboree/home.

2. Due to liability concerns, Small Boat Sailing will not be offered at the 2026 STEM Jamboree

3. All adults attending must bring a form of REAL ID (Most Commonly Passport or REAL ID Driver's License) in order to get onto the yard.

4. Due to increased force protection levels there is a non-zero possibility that the 2026 Jamboree is canceled—we will keep you updated through the facebook, but please be responsible in your planning to account for this potential outcome.

5. The Brigade will be on Spring Break until March 15, meaning communication until then will be limited.

Thank you all for your patience. The form will no longer accept responses at 2359 on February 13th. To participate in the Jamboree your Troop MUST fill out the interest form (one response per troop). Troops will be chosen off a lottery system using the interest form. Participant numbers should be as accurate as possible as changes may be difficult later on.

This year's merit badge list is attached below. The website will be updated with the latest information as the Jamboree approaches---it is currently populated with last year's information, but the FAQ section can still be a great place to start if you have questions:

Good afternoon,

The STEM Jamboree date has been confirmed: April 11th! This is one of our biggest signature events for the year!

There will be more information containing specifics, such as merit badges being offered, that will be released in the upcoming months.
