Élan Ensemble is a unique collective of musicians who share their love of music through engaging, diverse programming. Members of the Élan Ensemble have performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Tonic, {le} poisson rouge, Guggenheim Museum, MoMA, Apollo Theatre, Bargemusic, Merkin Hall, Alvin Ailey Dance Center, Trinity Wall Street, Steinway Hall, Symphony Space, the Kennedy Center, the Smithson
ian Institution, and the White House. They have performed at festivals including Aspen, Sarasota, Festival de Due Mondi (Italy), Pacific Music Festival (Japan), and the Cleveland Orchestra’s Blossom Summer Music Festival. They have appeared with the New York Philharmonic, and the Annapolis, Atlanta, Baltimore, Cincinnati, Chicago, San Francisco, and Virginia Symphonies. They have collaborated with artists including Kishi Bashi, LeVar Burton, José Carreras, Kristin Chenoweth, Paquito D’Rivera, James Ehnes, Renée Fleming, Katja Herbers, Morgan James, Capathia Jenkins, Yo-Yo Ma, Mark Morris, Itzhak Perlman, Arturo Sandoval, Rick Steves, and the Irish Tenors. Members of the Élan Ensemble are graduates of the world's finest music schools, including Juilliard, Peabody, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Colburn, and Indiana. They are also the consummate 21st-century musicians, multi-talented as administrators, arrangers, composers, economists, educators, musicologists, and multi-instrumentalists.
