2026 NCVA Reunion is a wrap. Wow, what a week 31 May - 4 Jun) reunited with friends, making new ones, seeing previous Shipmates; great tours; heckuva banquet meal; fantastic camaraderie!!! 🇺🇸⚓️⚓️🇺🇸

First of all, a huge & special thanks to you, the Membership, for making this happen. Without y'all, the reunions wouldn't happen.

Commander, U.S. Fleet Cyber Command and U.S TENTH Fleet is pleased to select CTM1 Brandon T. Utter as the following 2026ACSE award winner. Petty Officer Utter was the N71 Department Leading Petty Officer (PO) and led 51 military and civilian staff, including eight Chief Petty Officers and 11 First Class in the delivery of nine courses, four course revisions, and 28convenes with a throughput of 220 Sailors. His leadership led to 23 advancements, five course certifications, four Master Training Specialist qualifications, and three reenlistments that totaled 250,000 dollars in bonuses. Additionally, as Course Manager, he displayed superb leadership while leading a team of six Course Supervisors responsible for the successful ex*****on of 92 convenes to 739 students, resulting in a 96.5 percent pass rate.
