We're looking forward to our second Chamber concert of the season, Mozart & Cookies. Only 23 seats remain! Get yours now, and get ready for iconic music. Following the performance, enjoy fellowship and cookies by Rise and Shine Bakery.

Rise and Shine Bakery is a not-for-profit organization in Annapolis that creates pathways for people with employment barriers gain employable skills so they can earn a living wage and attain self-sufficiency. Classes taught by highly trained bakers teach the hard skills that create opportunities for higher salaries, increased productivity, and job promotions in the baking and hospitality industries.

Unfortunately, due to weather-related closures we are unable to present this weekend’s Annapolis Symphony Orchestra concerts at Maryland Hall.

The Music Center at Strathmore is open and operational and we invite all our Friday and Saturday at Maryland Hall ticket holders to exchange your tickets and join us for our Sunday matinee performance of Legends with soprano Christine Goerke.

Strathmore offers free covered garage parking, a fully covered walkway into the hall from the garage, and a charming café just outside the auditorium. After so many days of snow and ice, we hope you’ll consider joining us Sunday for a wonderful afternoon surrounded by friends, fellow music lovers, and extraordinary live music.

Please keep an eye on our website, and/or our social media. If the weather changes significantly between now and Sunday morning, we may have to cancel our concert at Strathmore, and we will update ticket holders through these channels.

If you are a ticket holder to this weekend's concerts at Maryland Hall, and you’re unable to exchange your tickets to attend the Strathmore performance, please consider donating the value of your ticket to the A*O as a tax-deductible donation. 🥰 Your generosity directly supports our musicians, staff, and the continuation of our artistic mission. We would be happy to provide a tax acknowledgment of your donation.

The Bowie State University Dionne Warwick Theater in the Fine and Performing Arts Center is just gorgeous. 20 minutes or so from Annapolis, and 2 turns of Route 50, it offers easy parking, (with plenty of handicap spots), fast and seamless entry into the theater, and comfortable seating.

There are exactly 42 seats remaining for sale for our Holiday Pops concert at Maryland Hall. But there are plenty of fantastic seats available for our December 21 at 3 PM performance at BSU. It's time for you and yours to tune in, and tune out!

Last weekend, Director Tony Valerio and the Annapolis Symphony Academy Aquarius Wind Ensemble opened the City of Annapolis 2025 Grand Illumination at Market Space. What a wonderful way to open the holiday season, with special greetings from our new mayor, Jared Littman, and the entire Annapolis city council and state delegates. We're thankful for the support of the audience despite the wet and windy weather. Bravo to everyone, especially to Mr. Valerio who made it all happen!
