Fount + Flourish We create intentional space and interactions that deeply connect, recharge, and develop women. I am a wife, mom, friend, gatherer, consultant, and coach.

My name is Bailey Feldman, founder of Fount + Flourish and I am so happy you stumbled into my little digital corner of the world! I have spent my career focused on people and fostering relationships, bringing people and groups closer together and closer to achieving their goals. I have a huge heart for gathering and a passion for ensuring people lean into a life of purpose and meaning, especially

women. Fount + Flourish was created in response to my dream and pursuit to honor and strengthen the impact of women in the world around us. I realized that in order to achieve this, we must redefine the female experience. We have to document our current experience and then pivot, tear down, build up, and reconstruct the one we want to have.

Last night, we got outside our comfort zones... and screamed.

This anger release practice with Healing Her was exactly what we didn’t know we needed.

Huge thanks to Laureen and Heather for guiding us through something so unique and healing. Some left feeling lighter. Some felt relief they hadn’t experienced in months. Others noticed physical pain disappear from areas they’d been carrying tension. That’s the power of release in community!
