Day 2 Here at brought lots of sunshine and wonderful connections! We are loving sharing our mission and seeing SO MANY people recognize Sail Beyond Cancer Annapolis and of course introducing our newly donated vessel Magic Maddie!
Reconnecting with with longtime friends and local maritime companies makes it even sweeter AND we are thrilled to meet Cole of
Cole Brauer Ocean Racing and even more thrilled to be collaborating the message of RESILIENCE and determination with her!

Six years in a row at the Annapolis Boat Shows- and it still feels like coming home!

What a fantastic first day reconnecting with old friends, supporters, and volunteers, and welcoming so many new friends into the Sail Beyond Cancer Annapolis community!

We are incredibly grateful for the people who have helped build such a strong, recognizable organization around a mission we love: honoring those challenged by cancer by harnessing the healing powers of wind, water, and sail.

We’re looking forward to a busy next few days filled with great conversations and new connections. Stop by Tent K-19 and say hello!

Rain couldn’t dampen the spirit at the @2026 Together in Teal Annapolis walk in Annapolis last Sunday!

Our Beyond Cancer Annapolis volunteers came together once again, honored to stand alongside ovarian cancer survivors, those facing treatment, and the loved ones supporting them.

It was wonderful to see Nancy Long and Executive Director Victoria Podles! The determination, hope, and sense of community made it a meaningful day—even in the rain.

Testimonial Tuesday ⛵

Testimonial Tuesdays!

This sail honored two people facing cancer: a husband nominated by his wife, and the wife who as caregiver is also dealing with cancer!

“I am nominating my husband of more than 50 years and love of my life,” she wrote. Despite living with cancer himself, he continues to encourage and care for their family. She shared that she, too, is living with metastatic cancer: “The sail would be a gift to both of us and our family.”

We were honored to welcome them aboard for time together on the water, surrounded by the people they love. 💙
