Attention Union County members!
Join us Tuesday, August 25 at the Union County Fairgrounds for a full day of 4-H animal fun! The action kicks off at 8:00 AM with the Swine show, followed by the Dairy Show, then Beef, Goats and finally the Sheep Show- all back-to-back in one exciting lineup!
Fair weigh-in for the 4-H show is Monday, August 24 at 5:00PM.
Come support our hardworking 4-H youth and see some amazing animals up close. It will be a day full of learning, fun and livestock-don’t miss it!

‼️Attention Junior Beef Exhibitors‼️

Please note the following corrections to the 2026 Union County Fair Premium Book for the Junior Beef breeding classes.

Standard Breeds

Class 800: Bull, born after September 1, 2025

Class 801: Heifer, born after January 1, 2026
Class 802: Heifer, born July 1–December 31, 2025
Class 803: Heifer, born January 1–June 30, 2025
Class 804: Heifer, born on or before December 31, 2024

Exotic Breeds

Class 808: Bull, born after September 1, 2025

Class 809: Heifer, born after January 1, 2026
Class 810: Heifer, born July 1–December 31, 2025
Class 811: Heifer, born January 1–June 30, 2025
Class 812: Heifer, born on or before December 31, 2024

The bull and breeding heifer birth dates printed in the premium book were inadvertently not updated correctly. These corrected dates will be used for all Junior Beef breeding class entries and classification at the 2026 Union County Fair.
