We want to give a HUGE shout-out and heartfelt thank you to Connie Christopher and Cheryl Stroup, along with their husbands, Randy and Jim! 💙

Connie and Cheryl are the creative minds behind all of the amazing obstacles at our event this past Saturday. Long before the event ever arrives, these ladies are busy designing, planning, and dreaming up each obstacle, making sure our riders have a fun and challenging experience.​ And their husbands, Randy and Jim, are the real MVPs for jumping right in alongside them to build, create, and bring all those ideas to life!

Honestly, without these four amazing people, there would be no Obstacle & Trail Ride Event! Their time, creativity, hard work, and dedication make this event possible.

Connie, Cheryl, Randy, and Jim ​, THANK YOU for all you do for Grace Lake and for pouring so much of yourselves into making this event so special. We are incredibly grateful for each of you!

Before the rain started, this lovely couple stepped up to be the hands of feet of Jesus offering to do some much needed mowing in preparation for our event (as well as our classes). What you may not know, is each need we have, we pray about first. These guys were a direct answer to this prayer. They had the small tractor and shredder needed to get in the tight places in Shady Grove and the willingness to come out and get it done. There are other people with the big equipment who have been mowing the wide open parts of the 230 acres that needed mowing. Today, we thank God for meeting our needs~no matter how small they are in the big scheme of things 🙌

She has made these special little hand quilts to be given to all of our riders' families.

Tammy has the biggest heart and is always so willing to help in any way she can. She is incredibly talented and is also the creative hands behind the highly sought-after quilts featured in our annual Horse Show auction.

Tammy, thank you for sharing your incredible talent, your time, and your generous heart with Grace Lake. We are so lucky to have you on our team! 🐴💗
