🌱 A huge milestone for Three Oaks Ranch!

We are so proud to share that we made our FIRST donation of fresh produce from our therapeutic garden to a local food pantry serving families right here in our community!

This is just the beginning. Our plan is to donate the majority of future harvests from our therapeutic garden to local food pantries — turning the healing work done in our garden into nourishment for our neighbors. 🥕🌿

At Three Oaks Ranch, we believe that growth — in the garden and in ourselves — should benefit everyone around us. We are so grateful to be on this journey with our community!

Our friends at Three Oaks Ranch are launching Roots & Resilience, a free 4-week summer garden program. It’s a great hands-on opportunity for students interested in agriculture and STEAM!

Three Oaks Ranch is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit therapy center located in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Our mission is to cultivate a therapeutic ranch environment that seamlessly blends the healing power of nature with evidence-based clinical practices to support individuals and families. We provide a safe, peaceful setting where participants can access therapeutic activities, services, and tools designed to reduce stress, strengthen coping skills, and encourage personal growth. Our programs are thoughtfully developed to foster resilience, build self-empowerment, and help individuals navigate life’s challenges on their path toward emotional healing and well-being.

As part of our support efforts, we also provide Compassion Bags for individuals experiencing trauma, for example: loss of a loved one, divorce, cancer, parent of child who attempted su***de, chronic illness, etc.

These bags contain thoughtfully selected items that offer comfort, grounding, and immediate emotional support during difficult moments. We welcome donations of new items such as journals, blankets, personal care products, calming tools, and other comforting essentials to help us assemble these bags for those in need. As a registered 501(c)(3) organization, Three Oaks Ranch relies on the generosity of donors to continue this work.

Spent some time learning how to operate a chainsaw safely yesterday —way more technique and awareness involved than I expected. Respect the tool, stay focused, and always prioritize safety. Definitely a skill that requires patience and practice - lots of opportunities to do so at Three Oaks Ranch!
