It's our first day with Goodwin & Co. as our management company. You should have received or will receive mailed communication with your new account number this week. You will need that account number to re-register your account on TownSquare. I've attached some instructions on how to do that. The beginning of a transition can be a bit overwhelming. If you need assistance please reach out to Ava Gerety, our Community Manager, or the Board. I've listed emails below.

Management Update Notice:

Fellow Neighbors

During the Q3 meeting last month, the Board reviewed vendor contracts and approved the budget for the 2026 fiscal year. While we are maintaining our contracts with most of our current vendors, the biggest change the Board made was to the management contract. After careful review and discussion, the Board made the decision not renew our contract with Principal Management Group of North Texas. There were many factors that played into this decision; the largest factors being communication with residents and transparency.

The Board decided to move forward and sign a contract with Goodwin & Co. for next year. We understand that a management change is one of the more complex changes to bring to our community, but felt it necessary after review and discussion.

Please be on the lookout for mailed communication from Goodwin & Co. It will have detailed instructions regarding new contact information as well as ways to pay your assessments. We will continue to utilize TownSquare for communication as well as a payment portal. You will receive a new account number and will have to reset your password for TownSquare once all the necessary changes have been completed.

Once the Board has the information of who our new Community Manager is, we will pass that along.

Fellow Neighbors,

Please join us for pizza and watermelon at the community pool to celebrate National Night Out! The event will be from 5PM-8PM on October 7th. We will have an obstacle course setup for the kiddos as well!

I've received confirmation from the City that the police will be arriving at 5:30PM and the Fire Department will stop by at some point during the evening.

Fellow Neighbors,

We are participating in the City's Peanut Butter Drive this year that benefits the North Texas Food Bank. The HOA that delivers the most jars of peanut butter to City Hall by Sep. 30th will win a free block party hosted by the City! We have setup drop off points if you wish to drop the jars off. These will be collected daily. We will also have pick up service on Mondays if you wish to participate, but can't get to one of the drop off locations.

We will also have a box available at the annual meeting this Thurs. Aug 21st at JKB from 6PM-8PM.

Look for the box at the following Drop off locations:

Community Pool 2705 Ranchview Dr. (Available Friday, Saturday, Sunday 11-7)

213 Nash Ct. (Box on bench near the front door. Available anytime before 9PM)

239 Belford St. South (Box near the front door. Available anytime before 9PM)

If you wish to have your jars picked up please send a DM with your address. Pickups will occur on Monday mornings beginning August. 25th. Please have your peanut butter jar outside your front door by 9AM and we will pick it up.

Fellow Neighbors-

The pool has been shut down following a biohazard event requiring clean up. We have already reached out to our pool before for an emergency cleaning. It’s our hope that they will be out later this afternoon, but it may be first thing tomorrow before they get out. We will provide an update as soon as the pool is able to be reopened.

Fellow Neighbors,

We will be celebrating the 4th of July with a pool party that is open to the residents of Northpointe Crossing! It will be held on July 5th from 11AM-7PM at the community pool. Please see the attached flyer!

We will have burgers, hot dogs, and water available as well as a water slide and jumpers for the kids!

We will have someone on-site from 1PM-3PM that will be able to issue pool fobs with the proper documentation. We will have a limited number of fobs on hand and will issue them as long as supplies last or until 3PM, whichever comes first. We are limiting this to one (1) pool fob per household. For Property Owners - Photo ID, proof of residency if ID address doesn't match (utility bill tied to the address with your name on it), signed Pool Rules form, signed waiver of liability, signed Pool Key Request form.

For Renters - Photo ID, proof of residency if ID address doesn't match (utility bill tied to the address with your name on it), copy of lease agreement, signed Pool Rules form, signed Waiver of Liability, signed Pool Key Request form.
