Our Touchstone home is for sale!

We’re selling our beloved 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in what we think is one of the most special spots in Touchstone - tucked right against the woods on two sides, with huge windows and beautiful views of nature from nearly every room.

The 2,304 sq. ft. home includes a finished basement, detached garage, and plenty of natural light. It’s a wonderful combination of privacy, nature, and all the warmth and connection of Touchstone community life.

We’ve loved raising our family here and are excited to pass this special home on to its next owner.

A powerful storm passed through Touchstone tonight and brought down this beautiful locust tree. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and there was no structural damage.

There's a lot of cleanup ahead, but moments like these remind us what community is all about. Neighbors come together, lend a hand, and support one another. We may have lost a tree, but we're reminded how fortunate we are to have each other.

A couple of weeks ago, a group of us went to the Clay Club at the Ypsi Clay House! It was two hours of learning, laughter, and creating! We love our time spent with neighbors. For anyone in the area, we would highly recommend spending a Sunday afternoon with Anna at the Ypsi Clay House!!!

Last weekend was one of our community work days, when neighbors come together to care for and improve our shared spaces. We accomplished a tremendous amount, both big and small. Outdoor projects included progress on the new sandbox, improvements to the garden walking path, work on the irrigation system, planting, weeding, landscaping, and assembling a new outdoor storage box. It was a productive day that not only enhanced our community but also reflected the spirit of collaboration and shared responsibility that makes our neighborhood special.

Last week we added something new to our outdoor space, and it’s already become a favorite.

These beautiful boulders aren’t just there to admire. They’ve turned into climbing mountains, pirate ships, and lookout towers, all depending on who’s playing that day. What started as a simple upgrade has quickly become a place where kids can move, explore, and let their imaginations take over.

It's been fun to watch how something so natural can create so many moments of creativity and play.

Super Bowl Party at Touchstone! We had Touchstone's Second Best Chili along with a baked potato bar and cake for dessert. We also had some fun games, great conversations, and lots of laughs. Some of us watched the football game more than others. Some cared more about the commercials. We all unanimously loved the halftime show!
